Shipping

Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for production and shipping of your order. Any questions or updates regarding your order please submit a form on the Contact Us page. It more then likely wont take long unless their is an issues. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED

 

Thank you for shopping with RottenHeart. Every item we produce is made to order with care and intention—no mass production, no shortcuts. Because of this, we ask for your patience as we create your piece.


Production & Shipping Timeline

Please allow 1–3weeks for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, or seasonal demand.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s on the way.


Order Tracking

You can track your order directly through our website once it has shipped. A tracking number and link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Delays, Issues & Support

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, customs). If there’s ever an issue with your order—such as damage, delay, or loss—please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Returns

At RottenHeart, all of our products are made to order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective


Eligibility for a Return or Refund

To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:

  1. You received an incorrect item (wrong size, style, or product),
    OR
    The item arrived damaged upon delivery.

  2. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue (e.g., the damage or the incorrect item).


How to Start a Return Request

To report a problem with your order:

  1. Go to our Contact Page on the website
    or
    Message us on social media

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo or video evidence showing the damage or mistake

Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in color or print due to screen differences or production process
